Hi Robin,
We are flat out on getting to v1 which is about stability and making the users life as easy as possible.
AMQP support is due after that release so we are currently looking at early 2015.
Of course, you could always branch the project on GITHUB now and get going ;)

Im not sure if you are talking EIPattern or Platform. Please can you provide more detail?
Warewolf Easy Service Bus allows you to orchestrate and build services. These services are built using tools for advanced data manipulation, system management and other services. You can access them over the web and in the future we will support AMQP.

This is a very personal decision and depends on the environment and application being built.
We have found that keeping the variables static to purpose almost always ends up being simpler.
For example: If you have a variable [[FirstName]] rather standardise on that throughout the entire Warewolf Infrastructure, than make it particular to the environment/service it is running in. This speeds up your dev as well as when reusing services, the variables are automatically mapped for you, no effort required.

Thanks. We are rebuilding these at the moment and will include your suggestion immediately.
