Warewolf crashing when saving

As soon as i try to save my Micro Service and enter name Ware Wolf Application gets crashed and i had try atleast 10 times but getting issue again and again

Can you please provide us with the version of Warewolf you are running and the Windows version you are running it on?

Same problem in my AWS image from Werewolf Licenced.

And cound't connect to databases too.
