Clicking tool on design surface in test editor not adding correct step to the test bug:

  1. Open test editor for a WF (ensure WF has a few tools on it).
  2. Add a new test
  3. Run the test
  4. Click a tool on the design surface.
  5. NOTE: The wrong tool step is added.
