Why when I click an the "New service" Button shows me an error ?
Why when I try to open the workflow "Hello world" whows me an error?

Again thanks for reporting this issue. Upon investigation it turns out that there seems to be incompatibility between .net 4.0 and 4.5 and this exception is as a result of the incompatibility. Based on the exception I am assuming that you are Spanish, below is a link to install the .net 4.5 Spanish language pack

Please uninstall the .net 4.0 language pack.
My apologies if you are not Spanish, if you give me your correct language I will give you a link to the correct download.
Please let us know if this resolves your problem so that we can do some work in our installer to detect this in future.
