OBSERVE this error

Fixed in Branch Name: 2174-VariablesDebugOutputToTab due to feedback on WOLF-2193 Dev being in the same area to fix.

Fix
Removed the loop that finds the item, and instead just removed the item selected.

Added tests to validate this

Can be tested on development branch
